Ooops........I missed the Grammy's. And what a bummer 'cause I can't remember a year where I LOVE so many of the artists that won. Alicia Keys is an amazing pianist and singer, and then there Joss Stone who "channels" soul like she has no other choice. I also LOVE John Mayer, Norah Jones, Usher, Black Eyed Peas, U2, Maroon 5, Gwen Stephani, and the Ray Charles duet album is amazing!!
MUSIC IS FOOD FOR MY SOUL; absolutely necessary and when it's good, YUM YUM!!

Tom & Kenny
Tom Ball and Kenny Sultan are these amazing musicians from my hometown of Santa Barbara. Tom plays a mean harmonica and they sing songs like "Fool for a Cigarette" and "How Can I Miss You When You Don't Go Away".
In the mid-80's I went to whatever concert or bar they were playing. George Thorogood would show up and play with them for hours. I've seen them play with Bonnie Raitt and Jackson Browne.

Isn't that the truth??!! Perception is the truth!! Your perception of yourself AND your perceptions of others. There are moments when you may see yourself as a big, strong, ferocious lion, and sometimes you feel like a tiny, little kitten. As soon as you understand that your perception is everything, then you can truly SEE yourself.
